Did not find this in the FAQ. A friend built a small Naboo house, not realizing he'd outgrow it fast. He put in 100k credits for maintenance. Now he wants to tear down and rebuild a larger home. If he does so, does he lose the unused maintenance fees?

It will stay on the deed/house as surplus maintenance - no chance to pull it out of there...
