so I resubmitted to CSR about my city hall not being where it is supposed to be. and I got a message back saying It was put back where it was when it was destroyed. But it's not there!!! and they tell me I have to be patient. Should I not get my city hall back? This is SO frustrating.. DO I resubmit to CSR? or can someone tell me here how to go about getting my city hall back.. or atleast find out where the CSRs put it??

Yeah reply on the ticket about not being to find it and ask the CSRs to tell you where they put it or to port there to see it.

I did on the 2nd ticket.. this is the 2nd one I sent in.. I asked about server resets and when they happen and when I could find my city hall where it was located. and the reply I got was it is put back please be patient... will try again.

You don't mention if a server reset has occurred since the response or not. For the record, resets are scheduled for Tuesday, Tursday, and Saturday at 4:00 am, PST. (That's -8 hours GMT, I believe.) This past weekend, there was an additional reset on Friday morning at 4:00 am, PST. If there WAS a reset since your response, perhaps you have to wait until your city maintenance time? That's only once per week and will vary from city to city. Just a thought.
