Did you name them? Otherwise you'll have to use memory and try to track them down manually. You can also move money out of your account so that you'll get messages about them being low on maintenance.

Are you sure you don't have WPs for them? Structures you place automatically generate a WP in your datapad. It will say something like "personal mineral harvester." If you deleted these, the money idea is your best bet. But... If it was way back when, the structures have likely poofed, unless someone is paying for their upkeep.
