If I donate to a city via the tresury deposit option on the civic terminal, does the mayor get an e-mail saying "so and so deposited x # of credits into the cities treasury"?

No. It just deposits the money into the treasury anonymously.

not at all, I decided to make a donation to our city to get the treasury total up to 10 mil and was wondering if I would have to send him an e-mail saying don't tell anyone I made the donation
