Hi,
The guild leader in my guild sant logged in for quite a while and I was wondering how long it takes before the guildleader elections to start again. Unlike when it was bugged a while back! Many thanks.

Head over to Player Associations and Grouping under the Core Systems. They'd be able to answer your question.

will do! many thanks, also i am quite new to polititian only(3xxx) at the moment i have to reregister myself to run for mayor every 3 weeks to allow people to vote for me. Is this normal as im under the impression i get extra xp per vote.

You get XP per week independently from the election process- and you get XP per vote after each election (every 3 weeks)... It is normal, that you have to re-register every time new...

It takes 30 days after the Gl last logged in to start the elections.

Two things to remember... One, if you don't register and the election happens, you will retain your mayorship as long as you are uncontested. However, you should register every term to prevent someone from coming in at the last minute and running and cutting you out of the picture.
