O.K. I am sure this is old, but I just placed my first large house and I noticed that it took up 5 lots, but can only store 400 items. Now I believe that the Medium houses hold 200 or more items, and only cost 2 lots, making it more efficient to own 2 meduims instead of one large. Does anyone know if the Item limit for Large housed will be upped or lot size adjusted?

It is unlikely that the capacity for a large will increase. Yes, smalls are more efficient, but for decorating, large houses are the way to go. I maintain three smalls (1 round Naboo) for storage (500 items) and a large for showcasing my stuff.

well, not to mention that the storage limits were already increased a few months back or so.
