I'm sure this is a noob question, but could not locate the proper FAQ on top of forum.

-What happens if you stop paying rent? Are items lost permanently? Is the structure lost?

-What if someone takes your lot?

-Heard of anyone loosing items in the Luxury Yacht (space ship)?

So sad to see this go out the window. Guess it's back to WOW for me.

as it stands, your house never goes away. it is "condemned by the empire" and cannot be accessed until you /pay your maintence.

it just sits there....forever and ever taking up valuable land. csr's won't do anything about it. no one will. at one time, there was supposed to be a character purge to get rid of all inactive and/or cancelled accounts - and the corresponding items with those accounts.

it never happened because SOE would rather hang onto the hopes that old players will come back rather than satisfy existing or new players.

that's why you see some cities which are completely abandoned. this ruins any chances of up and coming guilds to have a good location for a city.

Reading around this forum I am beginning to understand how this works. Any reports of people loosing items used to decorate large space ships like the Luxury Yaht?
