he he good idea....i wanna be a slum..er...land lord.

with all the talk of apartments I figured I'd write alittle demo on how you too can be a slum lord in the current SWG system.

First get a nice piece of land from your local mayor . . . and put down 10 small houses (lets say we're on Tat)

find yourself some tenants.

Write out a detailed Lease which underscores all the rules you have on the the property youare renting. Have them sign the the lease via reply demonstating that they agree. Make sure you require a bank tip asthe form of payment for monthly rent. This gives you a reciept as well as them for each months rent. They should pay rent plus maintance of the structure.

grant them admin to the house . . . .do NOT transfer the building. his way they can use the house . . but not re-name ordeed it.

If they refuse to pay . . . . go inside and lock them out till they pay. Is it griefing . . no . . . you have a writen agreement that can be tracked . . . just like a secure trade.

So you too can be a slum lord . . . er . . . I mean land lord
