If you placed it on the steps, there's a good chance that they fell through. There's a few locations that will do that.
Send in a CSR ticket using the in-game Holocron ("Submit a Ticket") with the location you tried to set them up at. They can go in and take them out for you.

Thank you SO much Khristen! I'll get right on that. And yes...I placed it on the steps of the cantina.

I installed an entertainer terminal outside my cantina..but it didn't show up. So I did it again, and still nothing. I looked at it...and its counting both of them as being used. I don't know if it placed them under the cantina and I just can't located them. Is there a way to have them removed? I certainly don't want to pay the fee for 2 terminals that can't be used. Any help is appreciated!
