If I cancel one of my accounts that holds houses on it, what happens to the houses, can they still be used if another account has admin rights to them?

Thanks, ok I guess I can risk closing one of my accounts down as long as I can get my stuff out of there with my other accounts

An admin can still access the structures owned by a cancelled account provided they do not run out of maintenance. If theybecome condemned, only the owner can bring it out of the condemned state.
It's not a good idea to let it linger too long, though, because the house can only be moved and renamed by the owner. Also, accounts that have been cancelled for more than 6 months are subject to being purged (which means everything in it, regardless of who it "belongs" to will become inaccessible).

Inaccessible but still taking up space. I can not wait for purge to clear our city out of houses in this condition. CSR wont even get rid of houses of players that have been gone for over a year and even their out of game email address does not work. Just hope that SOE really works hard on getting the purge right.
