Thread: Maintenance issue?

I'm trying to figure out where the maintenance is going.. According to my city hall, structure maintenance is 116500.
According to the FAQ:
Bank - 1.5k
Cloning Center - 20k
Garage - 20k
Shuttleport - 25k
---
Cloning Center - 20k
Garage - 20k
Shuttleport - 25k
---
66500
116500 - 66500 =
??? - 50k

No, that's listed separately. CSR-BeverlyY responded though, and it's from the cantina/hostpital/etc. In addition to the weekly maintenance for being a personal building, it has a city maintenance charge (I'm guessing 25k each, since it's 50k difference, and I have a cantina/hospital (no theatre.. have the deed, don't see the need yet).
Not sure why they are charged twice (normal maintenance by the owner + city maintenance) but.. Seems wierd that they are charged the same credits/hr/lot as any other building when they are getting 25k/week (which is enough to cover the normal maintenance a structure needs by alot).
Something to be added to the FAQ I guess

ahh good to know I'm one of those mayor's who never look at the monthy statement and just pay the bill. LOL
