I've created a chart for Player Houses, Factories, and Harvesters on my website - swg.1strev.com
Based on the hourly rate, I've posted the calculated rates for
1 day
7 days
14 days
30 days
60 days
90 days
180 days
365 days
I've also included a line for Reclaim Deed Fees (if someone knows how much a PA Hall costs to reclaim please let me know. Contact info is on website).
I did not include the Player City buildings other than the PA Hall. If someone has that info, I'll gladly post them.
Enjoy

nice one. just to let you know. if your an mechant, and have the x-4-x-x you only pay 80% of normal. 20 % discount
so if someone else pays 100k to an structure and an master merchant comes and pays 1credits. you get the 20%discount on the whole amount in maint. but goes away when someone with not this skill pays again.

Thanks for the responses. My website does include the entreprenuer discounted rates. Sorry, I forgot to indicate that in my original post. The clarification on the PA Hall is great. I think I'll leave the post as-is so others can read about it and benefit from the education.

Nice chart but one thing: a PA hall is NOT a player city structure! it can be placed anywhere, you dont need to form a guild to use one and guilds are not connect to Player citys in anyway, shape or form by a IG mechanism
Sorry for that little rant but a nice useful chart there
