hello,

ok ive contacted support thru chat and email and even in-game yet no help with my problem

here it is .....returned to game after bout 4 months of not playing

had a house ((with lots of items inside..loot etc))

well when i come back my waypoints r gone pretty sure house was on Lok ((former guild city..SIO))

went there well looks like SIO is gone and dont have names of anyone anymore ((lists wiped as well)) a few buildings still remain there but couldnt locate house

Question is is it all gone and im SOL

dont want a hand out just want an answer one way or another

was a private residence ((hopefully they didnt help themselves))...and yes my maintenance was not payed ((left game as i said))

Well, I'll start by saying, no I'm not from support, but then I don't think they read this forum. If you left the game for 4 months, it is rather likely your house is gone. There are no guarantees on your items once you leave.

If you're wanting a response from support, you'll have to wait until your in-game ticket or out-of-game e-mail is responded to.

It was only recently added that structures will deduct from a player's bank account if it reaches 0 maintenance. If you left before that and did not have enough maintenance in your house, it would have decayed and eventually destroyed itself when it reached 0 condition. After 4 months, there isn't much CS is going to be able to do for you since they loose the ability to even find the stuff after 10 days or less.

Paying maintenance is the player's responsibility. CS can sometimes help in the case of accidents (depending on the situation), but generally not if it's purely through neglect.

yeh figured as much .. was pretty sure was all gone but didnt hurt to ask

ty for responses there guys its appreciated never got one from support in game or otherwise

Same here, been away 3 month , lost 5 houses with items worth like 40 Million credits inside !
