For a long time, players have wanted to decorate the outsides of their homes. For practical reasons, this has been impossible. My hope is that this may come close enough to decorating your own back yard to gain acceptance.

The basic idea is this: a 1x1, 1x2, or 2x2 lot area that is placed just like a home. It is a high-walled courtyard appropriate to the planet: sandstone walls on Tatooine, masonry on Naboo, et cetra. At one or perhaps two points, there are gates. There may also be cosmetic items like fountains or benches built in. It serves to fix the problems associated with placing items outdoors, but comes a little closer than anything else so far.
