You both must be in the house, and he must be targeting you.


P.S. You also have to have enough free lots to accept the house.

the person you are transfering todosent need to be in the house just near it(within 500m or so)

and you might also want to make sure your name is on the admin list *before* it's transferred to you, otherwise the house might get bugged.
