Houses are a great part of this game but there becoming a serious problem on Ahazi.. Dont you all hate the landscaped littered with disorganized houses. When i started playing the game i could set myself on auto pilot on swoop and drive do a destination, now i get hung up on houses and harvestors. Not to mention it might take away some lag if computers didnt have to generate 500 houses popping up everywhere you go. Click on a harvestor and half of them are burning a condemned.

Some ideas to fix ahazi's messy house problem.

-Up players bank space!! 100 items? 500 be more usefull.

-Allow players only 1 house and fix there items quantities. Small 300 items, Medium 400 items, Large 500 items. With the extra bank space and the houses items up we wouldnt need 5 storages littering the land.

-Make artisans only able to drop 1 house but give them a the special ability to drop say 5 none houses (harvestors and factories).

-Make Merchants only able to drop 1 house but allow them to drop 2 merchant tents OR (new building) a mall!

-PA halls should only be allowed to exist 1 per guild. No more PA halls used as Museums and Malls..

-Design Malls and Museum buildings... These would obviously go over well with the population since most guilds already use PA halls for this purpose.

-This is important one, DESTROY Condemned houses and factories and harvestors 3 days after they become condemned.. If they dont pay for them they cant afford it or dont want them.

-Players that go inactive for more then say 2 months should half to pack up all there houses and belongings and put it in a storage (new npc in major cities). I rent a storage in real life for my junk why cant we in swg. They would pay Storage Merchant right out of there banks like maitenance fees for the time there away. If they dont pack up and go inactive for more then 2 months, destroy there houses and items or automatically take there stuff off and put it in storage for them!

-Add Apartment buildings to player city structures... Give a similar graphic as the corrielia town halls. They can be little 3 room places with a hall or something and make them cheaper then houses for new people.

-Houses are way to cheap to maintain in this game, Any newbie that comes into the game can easily make the money to drop large houses everywhere and with all the new subscriptions that doesnt look to good for the servers already cluttered land. Houses should require some work to get and maintain.. The maitenance is way to low. 15k to maintain a small for a month??? make it 75k a month, still easy to maintain. Mediums 125k, and Larges 200k because there not only the best houses with the highest item cap but because they should be a status symbol for people who can afford them aswell. 200k is easy enough to make and spare per month even for the casual players providing they've played for awhile and know how to make credits. This would also make a bit of dent in some peoples banks.. Credits arent worth what they should be and some people just have way to much credits anyways. Oh and make the apartments 30k a month and the buildings hold up to 50 apartments!

Anyways just a thought!

Also devs got it backwards, the Barc speeder should have been rewarded to the rage of the wookies orders and the varactly to the TE buyers... This would have rewarded the vets with the only repairable vehicle (which they deserve more sorry new people but its just my opnion we logged the time not you) and still given the TE buyers an extra for buying TE. The Varactly is more recognizable from episode 3 anyways and thats what brought all these new people to us to begin with so give them something they can go "Obi wan rode that in the last movie!! thats what made me buy this buggy game!!!". It would have also stopped every newbie from making 8 million credits the second they popped up in mos eisley screwing up our already screwed up econimy.
