As of right now, nothing. But the devs have said that they will be introducing a player housing purge. If this is implemented, those houses and harvestors (and any items in them) will be redeeded and sent to your bank, where you can retrieve them if you come back.

well that could be funny. i have a guild hall and 2 houses, altogether holding 900 items. my bank is currently sitting on 97/100 items.

so if i quit will my bank overflow or will i get 3 items back from 900?

If it happened (it's still in the planning stages I think), all of your items would be placed in your bank. It would overflow, but then you wouldn't be able to put anything else into your bank until you got it back down to under 100 items.

well thats a bit of a relief, cause im going to be without internet for about 6 months shortly, so the loss of all those items could have been hard to live with

but i think if they do a character purge im stuffed
