Can anyone tell me the monthly cost of a:

1) City Hall

2) Bank

3) Cloning Center

4) Shuttleport

I posted this in the Politician Forum too, but haven't gotten a reply. Any help would be appreciated.

hi, im mayor for over 4 months now.. i kept doing it the hard : trading house to the guildy, telling him where to build etc. now when iwas noob im sure i saw another mayor from another city build a house for a recruit (for me back hen ) he builded house for me, and all i had to do is declare (the usual) now .. is that realy possible to build houses on the RIGHT spot for people without losing lots ? and recieving mails, nor standing on the admin list?

thx =)

You place the house, then both go inside, target the player and /transferstructure.

You still get the emails. You still get the momentary charge for lots til you transfer.

"Jedi claims of being "broken" are like saying "But my TV isn't widescreen! It's broken! My TV can't show high-def pictures in 1080i, it can only do 720i! It's broken!" Meanwhile, crafters are saying "We'd really like to have a TV that's larger than 12" and gets more than 4 channels and doesn't constantly lose vertical control", and entertainers are saying "Can we get some color instead of this B&W piece of junk?" And smugglers? We're listening to radio programs of "The Shadow" and "The Abbot and Costello Comedy Hour" and hearing FDR's Fireside Chats. We don't even HAVE a damn TV, much less a broken one or a "broken" one by Jedi standards. I'd LOVE to be as "broken" as they are." - The Legendary Solo4114

Once you transfer a house, it's not yours anymore. You are taken off the admin list at the time of transfer.

You *do* have to have the available lots to place the house, but you gain them back whenever you transfer it to the new owner. The lot cost then goes to them.

A word about /transferstructure right now, though, is that you need to place the person you are transferring to on the admin list prior to the transfer or else they won't be able to admin anyone.

OK my guild and I had been saving up a ton of money to get everythign for a city and finally reached enough citizens and such at the soon to be city on Corellia. Now we had a guild hall and 10 houses up and we tried placing the city hall and Corellia is capped on cities so we're going to put the city on Talus. Now my thing is do we need a guild hall in the city to have it actually be a city or just the 10+ houses and City Hall? and is it possible to destroy the guild hall and recreate the guild on Talus (same name and tag) or would we need a new name/tag?

You do not need a guild hall in town. Just the city hall +houses and the players to declare citizenship

You can also pick up your guild hall and your guild will still be together. Just plop down another guild hall when you want and everything will be just fine. You can also have more then one guild hall at a time and both would function.
