I've been trying to decorate my Tat Guild Hall into a mall, but no matter what I do with it, the torchs or candles that I use keep flickering on and off depending on where I am standing in it, and it results in it being very dark.

I know torchs have been doing this for a long time, but is there any type of light that doesn't do this that i can use? Or an anyone work arounds to this?

Lighting is based TOTALLY on your own video card.

Ya, alot of it is what you would call billboard graphics - like most of the potted plants - it's in a T config so yeah, where you stand or how you rotate the item might affect how it shows up.

But the lighting is basically a factor of your own system as far as brightness, etc.

I've seen graphics and lighting on other systems and it's like CRAP! It doesn't look that good on MY system!!!

"When Sony and Lucas set out, we said, How can we do this and not make another EQ? We didn't want it to be all about Luke, or combat, or lock our players into a class. So we created a system that would allow players to switch professions during the game, and there would be a lot of gameplay around making that change. If you want to go from architect to scout we've created a system to make that happen."

I bought some glowy sticks off the bazzar a while back. I think they where under /misc /items, or something along those lines.

They seem to be ok, though I only have a small generic house.
