Thread: Removing self from House Admin
If you wish to transfer the house to your friend, you will need to be standing in the house and have that avatar targeted. Type /transferstructure and it will transfer the lots to your friend provided that person has enough free lots to hold it.
ahhhh, ok. One more thing, do I need to add her name to command line, ie /transferstructure Jane Doe, or just /transferstructure Sorry to be a pain, just dont want to screw it up on her.

If you have her targeted, then no. But you can do the command without her targeted (if she's in the area) by adding the name at the end.
She is not online currently, but she is on admin list for house, so I can just use the command + her name, and I should be off, correct.

Nope. She'd need to be online and in the near vicinity of the house. You'll get a system message when the transfer is complete.
