I think it would be cool if we could put houses underwater, also make underwater cities. The houses could look like the gungan buildings from Episode 1. The sides should be transparent, so we can see through and see the fishes (if there are any swimming around) Then, we just need the ability to swim around underwater...

Nice idea. Perhaps they should only be buildable on Naboo and Rori.

With current engine limitations that do not allow diving, though, how would you be able to access those buildings?

i think it would be nice to see a aquatic creature somewhere in this game!

the first time i played this game i was scared to into the water, that quickly changed due to no aquatic creatures.

Never thought about that. Maybe we could have a new underwater vehicle, or at lest you could see your house from land, and you just target your house and type /enterhouse or something.

What's retarded is that Everquest, which was the grandpappy of 3D MMOs, allowed underwater diving. Heck, they even had Kedge Keep, whis was an entirely underwater level!!

Thats a very very good idea to implement this into the game. They did in the episode one phantom menace video game for psone. Be able to see fishies swimming on the outside of the glass would also be sweet. Don't think there would be much to fight though down there but a nice good place perhaps to take quests or something.

The city hall would have a portal from the surface... but you would then need the ability to place underwater throughfares and such, and considering we can't have streets yet, that would be kinda hard.

Maybe something better would be to have watertop cities/structures with a 1k m from land requirment. Kind of like stilt houses in rl and have basements that have windows and fish that swim by lol.

"Jedi claims of being "broken" are like saying "But my TV isn't widescreen! It's broken! My TV can't show high-def pictures in 1080i, it can only do 720i! It's broken!" Meanwhile, crafters are saying "We'd really like to have a TV that's larger than 12" and gets more than 4 channels and doesn't constantly lose vertical control", and entertainers are saying "Can we get some color instead of this B&W piece of junk?" And smugglers? We're listening to radio programs of "The Shadow" and "The Abbot and Costello Comedy Hour" and hearing FDR's Fireside Chats. We don't even HAVE a damn TV, much less a broken one or a "broken" one by Jedi standards. I'd LOVE to be as "broken" as they are." - The Legendary Solo4114

I love the idea...but first I think homes above water(floating if you will) we be the first step...because for a underwater home to work you need a submersable vehicle, elevator, or something that you need to access the home...so I think if we can first see how floating homes works we can get most of the flaws for a underwater home worked out

i hope that worked

i think that is a great idea it would also be fun to have a floating city like the Mon Cal's have and a city in the sky like Cloud City where you can land and explore.

This is a pretty cool idea! How much terrain is lost in game cuz of water? A LOT! Corellia has a large amount and so does Naboo.

Here is an idea that might work....

The Mayor of a city is able to place "portals" that are no more then a surface entrance much like a hallway that goes down. As for getting around, each player "house" that is dropped automatically creates a "tube" or walkway to other surounding structures, much like those modular hampster habitats we had/have as kids.
