I would like the option to be able to withdraw money from houses. I have one set up in a city that has gone belly up. The city is almost gone but my house has like 45 days maint. in it. Why can't we pull out credits like on a vendor? Or is there a way I don't know about?

click destroy house folow the things reading if you have that much maint it will redeed and you can replace the house in another space at the cost of a few creds the rest of your maint money will stay on the deed and back on the house when you put the deed back down think is either 80 or 800 creds to redeed a small house.

Not just houses, all structures: houses, harvesters, factories.
There is precedent for this. A merchant can withdraw maintenance from their vendor. The owner of a PA hall can withdraw maintenance from that structure. A mayor can withdraw maintenance from their city hall.

I understand how you can redeed, but if I have say 90000 credits in a Tatooine house and want to move to Naboo it would be nice to be able to withdraw the funds and use them on the new house.

I fully agree
I wish that some implemention would occur to allow maint to be removed by option of any structure, the same way we pay it.
I do understand that folks on admin my by chance remove the maint unauthorized which would cause problems
but what doesn't cause problems somewhere in this game?
As a Master merchant I always found it annoying through my yrs of traveling planets thatI could not remove maint beforeI redeeded
the way I could from vendors I was removing.
(thus leaving me with a bagfull of deeds I don't use that are loaded with months of maint)
