Could this be an answer to the "generic" feel of Corellian houses?
Allow architechs to goto existing houses and perform an "image design" on the interior. By that I mean allow the arcitech some means of selecting other floorplans that fit in that "shell" of a building. In stead of 4 rooms they can choose template of 1 large room and 2 small rooms. You would have similar square feet (square meters?) just a diffrent lay out.
The higer the architech is in the architech tree the more "floor plans" he can choose from while doing the remodel. Again the exterior of the residence would not change, only the interior.
Just off the top of my head, they "contractor" would get specail permission from the owner of the building and then from the Builing terminal a window would pop up similar to the Image Design window. Both could see the changes, make approval, then pay for the final product.
Thoughts?
