I am curious to what are the new spawns on Talus, Rori, and Tatooine. I've been running around Restuss on Rori for a while now and have only seen some Garvyn guys? Are these new?

Are the new npc's suppose to be like on Lok? How you can walk in certain sectors and get random spawns of mercs and so forth? If so... anyone know where these npc's can be found?
