I vaguely remember reading that mayors could transfer a structure in their city to another player. Can non mayors transfer structures to other players? If so, how?

"Jedi claims of being "broken" are like saying "But my TV isn't widescreen! It's broken! My TV can't show high-def pictures in 1080i, it can only do 720i! It's broken!" Meanwhile, crafters are saying "We'd really like to have a TV that's larger than 12" and gets more than 4 channels and doesn't constantly lose vertical control", and entertainers are saying "Can we get some color instead of this B&W piece of junk?" And smugglers? We're listening to radio programs of "The Shadow" and "The Abbot and Costello Comedy Hour" and hearing FDR's Fireside Chats. We don't even HAVE a damn TV, much less a broken one or a "broken" one by Jedi standards. I'd LOVE to be as "broken" as they are." - The Legendary Solo4114

The owner can transfer houes etc... make sure the person you want to transfer to has enough free lots, target the person while inside the house, and /transferstructure.

If the building is a cantina for example I belive the person taking ownership has to have the ability to own it, could be wrong there.

If the building has a non tradeable item in it ie. the Hero quest reward(s) it will not transfer.

THose are the only issues I have run into when transfering my houses. hope it helps

Bahhh sorry factories I am unsure of, matter of fact was going to be testing that tonight. I have to free up one more lot I sure hope there is a way I would hate to have to empty it to change it over. I will let you know if I find a way also will keep an eye on the post if someone already knows the answer.

No you cant transfer factories if they are placed. He can give you admin to use it or trade you it but other then that nope.

This is incorrect, to do this with factories or extractors, target it and type /transferStructure "NameOfPlayer".

I've verified this, I think it works with harvesters aswell, i haven't tried though

You can indeed transfer the item to someone that lacks the skill to place. The code is checked for deed placement and only at that time. They use the same code for Merchant Tents as Cantinas or Hospitalsand I've held a couple Tents in my time without having the skill needed when the structure was transfered to me.

you can transfer both factories and harvesters,

as statded above

/TransferStructure nameofplayer

its sometime tricky on harvys since you need to be on the right spot.

also rem that you have target the player you transfering it to

and use capitol letter as i wrote them.. not sure if it works without. cant remember
