Cheat? Until they limit housing by account , like Ultima Online does, rather than by server, there's nothing wrong with lot swaps. The voting thing looks to me just to be a plug to help get people to swap, not a way to somehow cheat on politician skill.

Hahahaha. Who is going to do this? What is the point of the game if your just going to get someone to cheat for you? Don't you want to earn politicion exp the right way by actually having people vote for you?
