This is the best forum I could find for this idea...
When we search for players either by profession or just with the "/who" command, those outside of a city are sometimes in some 'region' of the map (so-and-so heights, such-and-such river valley, etc). My proposal is to have a clickable option for the planetary map that overlays a regional divider on top of the map.
This shouldn't cause Jedi/Bounty Hunter issues because if you're a Jedi, you shouldn't be searchable in the first place. I have often times found myself flying out to a cave spamming the /who command to see if it's being camped before I get there. If I knew which region of the map people are in, it could save time.
Plus, it'd just be nice to know where all these named regions begin and end.
Best,

For all to see!
Also, it'd really be nice to have a button that would input your current waypoint info into the spacial text field. This could save valuable seconds when reporting your location to a Doc on the way to rez.
