Hi everyone,
I just had a basic question about cities, you see, one of our guild members set up a city for our guild, yet we know very little about the polotician profession. We were wondering when the city gets to the point where we have to grant zoning rights. We are starting to worry that random people will begin laying down housing in our city and we want our space protected, like other cities. Can someone fill me in on when this happens? Thanks.

check the politician profession forums and check the sticikies. Once you have novy politician and have placed a city hall you have 24 hours to get 10 people into the city to keep it or else it goes BOOM! go from there...

Oh, we have the city up and running. It's been around for about 3 weeks now, it's just everyone can still lay a house without having to get zoning rights and I was wondering when that will take effect.

You have to turn it on from the City Maintenance Terminal in City Hall. Only the mayor can turn it on and off.
