I have 9 lots free and i cant seem to find out what is taking up the 10th lot.

is there any way to find out which structures i own? ive searched everywhere.. and no i dont have a yacht or anything

If you have looked through your datapad and everything else and cannot find what you have on your lot, then your best bet is to send an ingame ticket to a CSR, explain that you are missing a lot. They should either be able to tell you where your lot is, or give you your lot back.
