Might be a stupid question - but why would you want to keep up a condemned structure so bad?
Also more to the point, if he wanted to keep the structure so badly... why didn't he make sure there was maint in it?
And to bring it even more to the point: why would someone on Admin let the structure (especially a cantina)get down to a condemned state? ![]()
ohh man the solution is sooo simple now with house pack up..
If a house runs out of maint and after the grace period to add more maint has expired..
Simply auto pack the "Structure" to theowners data pad which can only be replaced once maint has been put back into it..
SOLVED!!!

Or better yet Leave stuructures as is. But give mayors the ability to evict. using this where a mayor can target a building for eviction which would start a timer (say 2 weeks) in which the owner can pleed his case to the mayor or give time to relocate. But following the exparation of the eviction timer the owners house would be auto packed up into there data pad.. The mayor should also be allowed to pay maint on any building in there city without having to be on admin and not to mention view simply status info of at least a building owner..
