Thread: New City Question, Please help

Hey,


I just started a city on rori. I knew to ask about shuttle ports and found out only one was left and it was on rori. Now someone told me that I should check on if my city can go rank 4. Can someone please tell me what rank 4 is and if my city will be allowed to go to rank four.

Rank 4 is 55 citizens, and as long as the planet is not capped and you have that many citizens, then your city should update just fine.
