what kind of people are being hired by soe to be CSR's? or what are the smoking?


I submitted a ticket sayng i couldnt use my /Rotate furniture comand and that i could only rotate my furniture by 90deg when using the right click comand.


The response i got was telling me how to rotate furniture like i just started playng the game.


Is there a way to draw pictures while submitting a ticket? cause simple explenations of my problem obviousely ddnt help.


they need to take a crash course in reading i think response time was in exess of 12 hours at which im not mad at its understandable they are busy but the could atleast take the time to read through the problem

I'm no fan of CSR's either, but please remember you don't see the tickets that ARE submitted by morons that can't figure out how to read the manual or use the online help. That has got to be just as frustrating for themas your experience or my own trying to get condemned vendor tents removed from my city.


The result is they end up coughing up boilerplate answers (that I've suspected are not even people, but computer generated) since it costs SOE resources to handle CSR tickets from idiots. Those of us with legitimate tickets end up getting the short end of the stick.


I had one of those Varactyl eggs get hatched from my house due to a bug, you should have seen the hoops I had to jump through to get CSR to get my egg back, complete with the ole' "wait til server reset and your goodies will be back in the morning" response. They did get it back in the end, to their credit.
