Guess I can keep an eye out for him to show up to his farms then city ban him to get the point across.

Its amazing how angry people can get when you try to uproot them...even if they just got there a day ago. Had an issue like that myself...saved the email conversation too. I dont think I could have been any more diplomatic about it, and he still got very angry and short with me. In the end he moved but was not happy about it. Good luck with yours.

The day before we had planned to drop down the city hall some nice person had plastered moisture harvesters all over town - nearly 30 of them - took me nearly an hour of constant tells back and forth to make them move... Not funny at all - but sadly enough not a lot you can do when someone insist on being a hindrance for the city...

Thing is our city was already inplace and this individual put the farms right next to where our houses were being placed. I cant get a reply from the emails Ive sent, guess he just ignores them. To bad the Mayor of a city cant remove unwanted.unused structures.

City banning him won't do a thing at all except lock him out of public city buildings and keep him from using garage, shuttleport etc. and most likely it would only make him leave the harvesters there out of spite then...
