The theme:

• Hunter Theme- I would like to bring my clients into a unique storefront that draws interest and fame to not onlythe location but to my various Salesmen/Saleswomen. I wish for the design to look simple, unique, and pleasant to player character's computer systems. The design blueprint is up to the designer. However, the designer must give a detailed letter/blue print before the design is approved. Once the design is approved the designer will have one week, seven full-days, to complete the design.

Payment Option:

• Starting Budget: 500,000/c (500k)


• Approved Blueprint: 250,000/c (250k) - Part of the Starting Budget


• Finished Design: 250,000/c (250k) - Part of the Staring Budget


• Minimum Pay-out Option: 750,000/c (750k)


• Maximum Pay-out Option: 1500000/c (1.5m)

*Note: You will receive the starting budget once the blueprint has been approved and the design phase starts. You will receive your first payment of 250,000/c when the blueprint has been approved. When the design is finished you will receive your second payment of 250,000/c. I will conduct an evaluation of the design. If for some reason I am not satisfied with the product, arrangements will be made. When thedesign is completed, the rest of the payment agreed upon will be sent to you.*
