I have been so busy working on crafting and building my Mini Mall, that I haven't had the time to decorate. I have some really cool items sitting on tables, but they are not lit up very well. I have placed candles around, but it looks like a scene from the 60's. Peace and Love to all!

What I would like to find out, if there are any types of spot lights that I can place on the ceiling, or wall that I can light up these items. I have tried end tables on the wall, and it looks tacky. I have looked at vendors, but if there is anytype of lighting that will do what I want, I can not find it.

Please help!

Street lamps look great, also the street lamp loot schematics are very nice concealed in other thinks. That Lotus family heirloom, Imperial Mission reward item is also great. I have also been playing with the new glowy thingys and sparklers that Dancers use nowadays.

Try the looted 'glow sticks' from Kashyyyk. They have a sort of greenish light, but are pretty bright. Also there are table top lamps that are about the size of candles that look more 'sleek'. Another thing that I do is 'sink' candles or lamps inside of furniture or items, is you play around with the placement you can get the illumination and hide the candle/lamp.

Streetlamps are a great idea, but don't they only light up at 'night' on a given planet? I know they used to I havent noticed lately.

Also the dancer props don't seem to emit any light, they just glow unto themselves, but the torches are super for fireplaces (just hide a candle in there to get the 'light')

hope this helps, good luck!

Colored street lamps add some really nice color - when it's night outside.

Remember that alot of items let light pass through.

So placing any type of light inside or under a display or any item can add nice lighting that will not be blatant or too ugly.

"When Sony and Lucas set out, we said, How can we do this and not make another EQ? We didn't want it to be all about Luke, or combat, or lock our players into a class. So we created a system that would allow players to switch professions during the game, and there would be a lot of gameplay around making that change. If you want to go from architect to scout we've created a system to make that happen."
