What would happen to player placed city buildings (cantina, med centre, theatre) if the owning player changes their proffession?

I think they still get to keep the building even though they have changed their profession

The owner keeps the building; you can't transfer it to anyone that doesn't have the requisite skill, however. So if I placed a hospital and later dropped doctor, the hospital will stay but I cannot do /transferstructure to anyone other than a doctor or combat medic.

sp i take it that means if i were to drop a hospital then drop doctor i couldent move it after that only destroy it?
