Thread: Major Problem placing a city

I placed a city hall, have the 10 declared residences, all in 150 meter radius. The city hall sees the buildings but doesn't see the declared residence of the players. do the players have to redeclare or something? the only thing to this, all the players dropped their houses delcared 2 days ago and i just dropped the city hall. Do they have to redeclare? Already lost one city hall...don't want to lose another. Placed a ticket, but haven't heard anything. Is there a trick to this madness?

If someone declares residence prior to the City Hall being placed, they will need to enter the house after the Hall is placed for their residency to register.
