Mediums are 200.
That's all I have so I don't know the others.

Merchant tent=1 lot and 100 items
Small and medium houses=2 lots and 200 items
Large houses and guildhalls=5 lots and 400 items
If you're going for storage space go with smalls or mediums or a variation of both and you will have a max storage limit of 1000 items on 10 lots plus your 100 item limit in your bank safety deposit box. Where if you went with larges or PA halls your item cap is 800 items on 10 lots. If you're going for looks and or decoration then the Large or PA Hall is where it's at with the 400 item limit cap you can create many, many things and not too much worries about running out of room. I personally think PA halls should hold more than Large houses.

Thanks I was going for storage..so used 4 mediums deeds i had and one small. Getting rid of my merchant character so I had a ton of stuff to store...2 houses of just slicing loot. 2 yrs in this game sure creates alot of stuff to hold onto.

No, you're mistaken. It's 200.
Actually, you're both right. The round Naboo smalls hold 100 items and take 1 lot. The square ones hold 200 items and take 2 lots.
