Iam a member of a PA and the man in charge of our med center quit the game. is there a way to get the admin right to this med center. We have lots of guild stuff in it and we would like it back. I was just curious.

Only the owner or another Admin can give Admin rights - so if none of the other PA members is on Admin I fear you are out of luck...

CSR's are capable of geting you on admin, ive seen them mvoe houses before.
