I'm about ready to tear out my hair over this one... and I suspect there will be NO solution to it (besides just .. waiting it out), but I have to ask all the same.
I lifted a small Naboo house, intent on replacing it with a medium. After removing the small, I realised that there were some lairs and nests that needed to be removed before I could place the medium. Problem is, one of those lairs spawned inside someone's house... which means I can't reach it. I can't even 'see' it, although I am able to select it with the [tab] key.
Apart from just waiting for it to go away on its own, or finding the owner of the invaded house and asking him to lift it so I can get at the nest, is there *anything* I can do about this? Anything I can do to make the lair go away faster, or get rid of it completely?
Fully expecting an answer of 'no'...

Yay. Thirteen hours after submitting an in-game ticket, I have a response. So, for those of you who -- like me -- have been searching for an answer, here it is:
This is an in-game feature.
[bangs her head on the desk]
I fail to see how an unreachable, undestroyable lair can be considered a 'feature'. Nevertheless, I am STILL waiting for the lair to un-spawn (going on 20 hours, now)... if, in fact, that will EVER happen.
[sigh]

try having a ranged person do an area attack on a player/creature in front of the house and see if it hits it... if that doesnt work, just try to run under the house... usuallly there is a certain angle where you will run under instead of inside a house

Thanks for the suggestions. I've tried both, and (thirty hours later) I still can't get anywhere with it. Maybe someday... [sigh]
Thanks again.

Get a Ceature Handler to have one of his pets "Track" the creatures and kill them. Pets can Track inside the house and attack the Lair also. I have done this many times with my pets. Usually the Larger pets are easier to use for this.

yes, when a pet attacks it might bring the pets out. just tab all the targets till its all gone. A combat droid is always a good help in these situations if you cant find a creature handler.
