After several weeks of deliberating and learning and observing, perfecting various methods of decorating and seeing other peoles ideas, I have come to begin my new worksong.

I will be starting a city, most likely on Dantooine in a location about 1.5k from the Imperial Outpost. The city name is yet to be decided. As an incentive to all new citizens, you will receive a home, free of charge, fully decorated in the manner to which you may have seen in my previous screenshots. All homes in the city will be decorated to your specifications. Please, if you want a beautiful home surrounded by other beautiful homes, keep reading!

Conditions:

1. Send me an email in game if you are interested in this endeavor. My name is Riventek.

2. All homes will be of Tatooine style. You will get a free small one, or, if you would like to donate to the city fund, you will get a medium home if you donate 100k-500k, a large home if you donate 500k-1M, and a tatooine guild hall if you donate more than 1M. These will be fully decorated free of charge.

3. All homes will be fully decorated to your liking. You may give me an item limit if you wish to save some for storage, but there will be no "storage homes" anywhere in the city.

4. There will be a communal harvester and factory bank further down the line, but for now, the city is focusing on internal beauty.

5. You must keep your citizenship with this city. This is the main (and for most people, the hardest) condition.

6. Note: any special items like paintings will need to be provided by individual citizens for their homes. I cannot provide these things. I will however be more than happy to place them wherever they would like.

7. The city will be created when ten or more people can pledge citizenship. I do not want to risk losing the city hall.

8. Please be patient. I can decorate 1-3 small homes a day, but you will be helped in the order you join. I am taking notes! All homes WILL be decorated. That is the purpose of this project.

What do I have to gain from all of this you ask? Simple! Great friends, a fun time, an awesome portfolio piece, and not least of all, a city!

And what do you gain? A beautiful home. Aplace to have friends over or have a party. A place to have special events. A pre-planned city with (eventually) all the functions of any other city. A place you can be proud to return to each night. An amazing view.

Please give me suggestions and feedback on this endeavor. City name suggestions are also welcome. I look forward to creating this place, and catering to your tastes.
