I have two accounts on the same server, is there a way to tranfser some of the lots from one character to the other?

You can't transfer lots but you can have player2 place structures on their available lots and then put player1 on the admin list for the structure. The lots will still be owned by2 but1 can do just about anything with the structures except destroy them or rename them.
