My Guild has been inactive for quite some time; so long in fact that elections were automatically held to determine the guild leader as he had not logged on in months. The same goes for every other single guild member, over 10 of them. So I decided to go and elect myself as guild leader. Fast foward a week later, and now I am in charge.
I transferred over the PA rights to myself, and took everything that was of some value down, to split it with mybuds. The treasury on the hall itself was down to 400 credits, and I did not feel like paying for the damn thing, so I destroyed it. Here's my problem:
A) I can't remove myself from the guild because as head of the PA I am not allowed to (the /guildremove command does not work).
B) I cannot transfer power because that requires both a guild management terminal, and an active guild member, both of which do not exist.
C) They are currently no player commands that I know of for disbanding a said guild. I need to kick out over 10 inactive guild members, below five members actually, until the guild is no more. The only problem is I do not know who is in the guild, since I do not have access to the guild management terminal.
I sent a Ticket in, and hopefully it will fix my predicament.

you need to place a guildhall, disband the guild, thenredeed the hall probably.
If you redeed instead of destroy an architect friend might let you borrow one befoe he sells it.
