I want the glow back too!
The holograms don't look as good without them.

I believe the Jellyfish one is inbetween the Rebel Insignia and the Sandcrawler

they might have taken them out because some people complained, they should just add an option in the radial menu for glow or no glow

And holos "SHOULD" glow. it's what they're supposed to do.

Yeah and I cant remember reading anywhere why they took the glow out, so untlil we get some sort of statement they should be concidered broken...

These Haven't been given out yet and as soon as they are. I will place them in my collection, and Yup Jelly is there.

On the subject of holograms, it would also be great if there was an option to stop the rotation.
I built a space battle simulation, and it looks really awful to have several of the spaceships spin.
The rebel fleet will probably win by making the imperials dizzy from watching them ...

That's exactly why the glow was taken out.
Whiners.....sheesh
Just give us an option to have them glow instead of giving the whiners everything they want.

If you enable Bloom in the options, I believe they still glow. (Bloom will disable your Video Card's Anti-aliasing though)
It provides the glow, but not the same as when they first came out. When holos were introduced, they would actually diffuse the default light around them and change it to blue. Enabling Bloom only creates the blue glow.
