However they wouldn't be able to /transferstructure to the banned players. If you leave them be then they can become citizens and get an umbrella of unbanability in order to enter your cloning facility and save their location then go /transfer to another mate and do it all over again to be able to clone in town.


As for taxing them, well it'd be pointless. For one you can only take out 50k at a time to reimburse everyone so it's either out of your pocket or you screw over everybody instead of the 1 building you dislike. Try the diplomatic route to the guild leader himself, or the more respectable one if it'sa council, and ask them nicely to move it. You always get more flies with honey than with vinegar. Odds are it won't work since Player Cities have lost their luster amongst the player base and aren't considered 'holy' anymore but it still doesn't hurt to try.
