it will never happen... this is why

1. You know that nearly every item, with the exception of some loot, has a serial number. If you were to redeed your house, all the stuff inside of it would have to be associated with that house. Therefore a new spot in the SWG Database's now needs a new column for what house its associated with. Depending on how their positioning is set, it may need new fields for that. So we're talking about MASSIVE DATABASE changes... which they won't do.

2. Item Storage... Now I can fill a house up with stuff, and redeed it, and drop a new house, fill it, etc etc etc. This would be exploited IMMENSELY, and database size would go up exponentially. Imagine a house filled with 150 deeds of houses that each have 150 items in them.

3. Acually moving houses? First off the graphical aspect of it would be a major undertaking, unless it was "simulated." Again, you're dealing with poisitioning for hundreds of items, vendors, etc.

It would be nice, but it won't happen.
