I'll check your character and house out as soon as I finish working on another issue. I _think_ you'll be okay if you log off long enough for everything on your character to unload and then log back on. But, I'll check your data to make sure that everything is in the right place.

Is the house in question the "Vakrevef's, Xue-er's, and Zifer's Thermopoli Museum" currently located at -5811, -6036 on Rori?

Something similar happened with my Nova Courier, they told me to wait till a server reset and then file another ticket.
Now they just shoot down my tickets. Never got anything back.

I unpacked my house and re-placed it, but now half of it is in a hill... nothing is wrong function wise... but aesthetically, half the building is in a hill

I am assuming the problem stemmed from switching charactors repeditly. It is not a mojor issue if it can be fixxed by logging out until the charactor unloads, but it really had me worried.
It's good to hear that the issue resolved itself.
Yes, the problem stemmed from switching characters and then switching back within the same save cycle. Once Kenoo was unloaded from game memory, then the next time you logged in, it forced a refresh from the database which picked up the new house control device in your datapad.
YaY! Database refreshing!
:-P
