Thread: Coronet...WHY?????
I too think it's funny that Coronet is the hub of SWG. While I completely understand how it happened, it still seems funny. I think the devs intended Keren to be the place to go to make trades/deals/sales... at least that what is says in the one load screen. But I like Coronet. I think it's pretty, and simple, and as others have said EASY to get things done.
what is MO? I can't figure out what this stands for...
The reason Coronet is the most populated city is because back in the day Corellia was the planet everyone had to go through when travelling and with Coronet being the larger city on the planet it was the first choice. Coronet is also the most conveniantly laid out city on Corellia compared to the other static towns.
And MO is a hot place on all servers. MO is the place where solo groups mostly organize and run... It was the best place for grinding money and XP with the solo groups. But with the Combat Downgrade I think that is going to change.
Before MO it was Dath with the high paying missions anyone could get and before that it was Endor with their high paying missions anyone could get.
With the Combat Downgrade alot of people are starting to head to Lok.

I have to agree with what someone else posted about Rori: IT'S TOO DARK!
Even at high noon, with a clear sky, the ground looks like it should during twilight. I can't figure the logic of this. Rori is supposed to be a moon of Naboo, and that means similar illumination, less gravity, and a less dense atmosphere, in the universe I come from. Apart from the physical rationale, and more to the player-experience point, the overall experience is kind of depressing.

rori is supposed to be a swampy bog type moon. so there's always a thick haze in the atmosphere.
i runa big Roleplaying event every monday night at a secret location on Rori, on the Sunrunner server. so that brings people to the little moon at least once a week.
