I believe it is unlimited but I wouldn't recommend having many as you leave yourself wide open to grief....

Militia are able to help other militia in city limits(reguardless of status, covert, overt,ect), does this apply to jedi vs BH?

Where did you read that it is broken. It's my understanding that the militia TEF was purposely removed.

If I'm a member of a city militia and a BH has my mission and comes to kill me. If I'm within the city limits, can other members of the militia attack the BH who is attacking me?

Correct. Militia still have to have zoning granted to them.
The thing that -might- be a bug is that the -mayor- has to have rights granted to drop cetain event perk items in their own town.

Hey Politicans Forum-
My guild has started its own city in the past couple months and slowly been growing. And your guides on these forums are very helpful, thank you for that. However, I came across a question that I could not find an answer for. Maybe I'm not looking in the right place but I thought I would just ask.
The Mayor of our city made a few of us militia. So I can distrubte /grantzongingrights and such. But I myself can not place a structure in the city without being granted rights? Is this a bug? I tried just selecting myself and granting rights but nothing. I have to have another member of the militia grant me rights. Doesn't this seem odd?
Any help would be greatly appericated. Thank you.
