Well isn't this just special...
I'm the original designer of Caserta on Naboo,Ahazi., One of the few remaining day-one cities. following the big housing mess that occurred durring our littl Hetfields and McCoys war, I finally took th mantle of mayorship with the intention of cleaning up the mess and rebuilding what was once a beautiful city.
we go to place the first new house and BAM!! another 'bug' that didn't need fixing.
Thanks alot for putting your programmers on such an importaint job like this one. Finally you get around to it, since theres nothing more pressing for y'all to be fixing right now.
The graphics bug that let people fly through the alley between these houses made the "exploit" of walling off bases a non-issue.
Why, in God's name did you find it necessary to "fix" this ?
Did you even concider the effect it would have ?
aparently not....
I've been here since game launch and never have I been one to rant about things or take a nasty tone, but this is utter crap.

They didnt fix nothing, it was a perk. They are pretending it was a bug. Way back in the day the devs told us it was a perk setting them up like TOWNHOUSES. I hate how the devs worded it to make them look clean. They ruined a great perk and it needs to be changed back. Was a worthless waste of resources and man hours.

Thanks, if only the devs would take the time to do something similar to any number of the cities they are ruining...or at the very least just acknowledge us and try and help us out...

Shame to see my old homecity go to pieces this way.. It truely was one of the nicest designed cities on Eclipse for sure. I noticed the huge gaps in some blocks when I walked through there last night (between the Alpha cantina/mall and Fjellgeit's house for example). Total waste of all the work lots of people have put in to that city.
I know small house were never allowed within NR's city limits, but maybe you can use them now ro fill the gaps? Of course it isn't preferd, but it beats a city filled with holes...

The problem with the new footprint is that its not even allowing us to substitute the smaller houses in our old designs. It protrudes outwards so as to make us tear down upwards of six houses before we can even replace one.

Bump in the slight hope that someone that can do something about this will see it and acknowledge the problem...

dont know if you all noticed, but they are turning this game into nothing but hack and slash and seem to not really care anymore about us that still enjoy the roleplaying aspect, they would rather cator to those that dont care about anything other than killing others because that is easer to do.

Crimson Keep on Naritus is suffering from this as well. We've created a fantastic city, composed almost totally of medium naboo houses, and now if one vanishes we can't replace it, and end up with a frankenstein city of holes and work arounds
